Slimming Program

I will start to KEEP FIT ...
Haha, again KEEP FIT ...
I already said "N" times of KEEP FIT but didn't seems I got slim (after my 10kg)
Nevermind, I hope this time I will success.
I think you guys will support me is it ?

Slimming Program:
Wheat or Grain Food to serve all my meals
Milk (Low Fat) & Water
Fruits and yogurt
Jogging for 30minutes

So GOODBYE to all my delicious meals. T.T
